How do I know which mattress size fits my specific RV model?
RV mattress sizes often differ from standard residential sizes. We recommend measuring your existing platform's width and length. Our 'Short Queen' and 'RV King' are popular options, but we also offer custom dimensions for unique floor plans.
What is the expected shipping time for a luxury mattress?
Each mattress is handcrafted to order. Production typically takes 3-5 business days, followed by 5-7 days for shipping via FedEx or UPS Ground. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Do you offer a sleep trial period?
Yes, we offer a 100-night risk-free sleep trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your comfort levels after a 30-day break-in period, you can return the mattress for a full refund.
How are the mattresses packaged for delivery?
Our mattresses are compression-packed and rolled into a manageable box. This allows for easy navigation through narrow RV doors and hallways. Once unboxed, the mattress will expand to its full shape within 24 to 48 hours.
Are your mattresses compatible with heated or adjustable RV bases?
Absolutely. Our memory foam and hybrid models are designed to be flexible and durable, making them perfectly compatible with most power-adjustable bases and integrated heating systems found in modern luxury coaches.
What kind of warranty do you provide?
